Processing:
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping time may vary depending on verification of order. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are processing your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Free Domestic Shipping

We currently offer a free shipping option for all domestic orders over $150 shipping within the U.S.A.. Due to the cost of the items in your order, orders are shipped with either with picture proof of delivery or a signature requirement.

Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any cancelation or changes can be made to the order.

International Shipping

We do ship to select international countries. However, we are not responsible for all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and they are not included in the purchase order. We cannot mark items as gifts or samples to avoid taxes and duties.

Saturday Delivery

At this time Saturday delivery service is not available.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

Signature Service

All orders are subject to adult signature upon delivery.
